With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 42"D x 42-3/8"H, this low-profile electric cart is designed to accommodate various pan sizes, holding up to eleven 18 x 26 sheet pans with the addition of five extra rail sets. It can also house twelve 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, eight 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, six 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, or four 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. The cart features a temperature control dial and a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer, ensuring precise temperature management. Built with a durable polyethylene exterior, it includes molded-in handles and bumpers for added durability. The Cambro hot cart is equipped with adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails and nylon door latches for secure storage. Its mobility is enhanced by two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rigid rear casters.
