This tall-profile unit features a double door design, accommodating up to twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans, with the option for additional capacity through five extra rail sets. It also holds an array of food pan sizes: twenty-four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, sixteen 12" x 20" x 4" deep, twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep, and eight 12" x 20" x 8" deep pans. Equipped with a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, this cart ensures precise heat management. The inclusion of adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, a Celsius solar digital thermometer, and molded-in handles with bumpers enhances functionality and ease of use. With a serving top vent, menu clip, and rugged polyethylene exterior, the Camtherm® Hot Cart is designed for efficiency and durability. Its mobility is supported by two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters.
