It holds up to twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans, requiring five additional rail sets. Additionally, it can store twenty-four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, sixteen 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and eight 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. Equipped with a temperature control dial and Celsius solar digital thermometer, the cart ensures precise temperature management. Its polyethylene exterior and molded-in handles with bumpers enhance durability and mobility. The cart includes a serving top with a vent, a menu clip, and adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails.
