It also supports (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, (16) 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. The unit includes a temperature control dial, an on-off power switch, and adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, alongside a Celsius solar digital thermometer for precise temperature readings. Its molded-in handles and bumpers enhance maneuverability and protection, while a serving top with vent and menu clip offer convenience. The polyethylene exterior is durable and easy to clean, and mobility is ensured with (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters.
