It accommodates (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans with five additional rail sets required, and offers flexible storage with options for (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, (16) 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. The cart is equipped with a temperature control dial, an on-off power switch, adjustable chrome plated steel slide rails, and a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer for precise temperature management. It also includes molded-in handles and bumpers for easy maneuverability, a serving top with a vent, and a menu clip. Constructed with a durable polyethylene exterior, it features (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters for mobility.
