The Cambro CMBH1826TBF191 Camtherm® Hot Cart is a versatile and robust unit designed for efficient food service in various industry settings. With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, this electric hot cart features a tall profile and double doors, providing ample space for storing and transporting food. It accommodates (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans with five additional rail sets required, and offers flexible storage with options for (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, (16) 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. The cart is equipped with a temperature control dial, an on-off power switch, adjustable chrome plated steel slide rails, and a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer for precise temperature management. It also includes molded-in handles and bumpers for easy maneuverability, a serving top with a vent, and a menu clip. Constructed with a durable polyethylene exterior, it features (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters for mobility. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph, with 1587 watts and 14 amps, it is NSF, ENERGY STAR®, and cETLus certified, ensuring high standards of energy efficiency and safety.
