This electric hot cart boasts a tall profile and offers significant storage flexibility, accommodating (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans with the need for five additional rail sets, and various combinations of (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, (16) 12" x 20" x 4" deep, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. It features a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch for precise thermal management. The cart is equipped with adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails and a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer for accurate temperature readings. Its polyethylene exterior is enhanced with molded-in handles and bumpers for durability and ease of transport. Additional features include a serving top with vent, a menu clip, and a reliable caster system comprising (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters.
