Its tall profile and double door configuration can accommodate (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans, requiring five additional rail sets for full functionality. The cart also holds (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, (16) 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans, making it adaptable for various catering requirements. Featuring a temperature control dial and on-off power switch, the unit ensures precise temperature management. The adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails provide flexibility in storage, while the Celsius solar digital thermometer offers accurate temperature readings. Built with molded-in handles and bumpers and a serving top with a menu clip, the cart is both practical and user-friendly.
