This versatile hot cart accommodates (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans, requiring five additional rail sets for optimum organization, alongside multiple configurations for food pans: (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, (16) 12" x 20" x 4" deep, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep pans. Equipped with a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, it ensures precise thermal management, complemented by a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer for reliable temperature readings. Constructed with adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, molded-in handles, and bumpers, the cart is both durable and user-friendly. Its mobility is enhanced by (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 6" rear casters. The exterior, made of polyethylene in granite gray, is robust and aesthetically pleasing.
