This electric hot cart is engineered to accommodate diverse storage needs, featuring double doors that house up to twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans, requiring five additional rail sets for optimal organization. It also supports twenty-four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, sixteen 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and eight 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans, ensuring ample storage flexibility. The Camtherm® Hot Cart is equipped with a temperature control dial, an on-off power switch, adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, and a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer for precise thermal management. Its durable polyethylene exterior features molded-in handles and bumpers for enhanced mobility and protection. With two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 6" rear casters, the unit provides ease of transport. Certified by NSF, ENERGY STAR®, and cETLus, the cart operates on a 110v/50/60/1-ph power supply, consuming 1587 watts with a 14-amp draw, and utilizes a NEMA 5-15P plug.
