The Cambro CMBHC1826LC191 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a versatile solution for food service professionals requiring dynamic temperature control for their food transportation needs. This 30-1/2"W x 42"D x 42-3/8"H electric cart features a low-profile design with a single door, accommodating various pan configurations: it can hold 11 18 x 26 sheet pans with five additional rail sets, 12 pans of 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" depth, eight 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, six 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, or four 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. Equipped with a temperature control dial and a Celsius solar digital thermometer, it ensures precise temperature management. The unit is designed with molded-in handles and bumpers, nylon door latches for secure closure, and a serving top with menu clip for added convenience. It is highly mobile, thanks to two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph, with 1162 watts and 10.7 amps, it comes with a 9' cord and plug, featuring granite gray finish.
