The Cambro CMBHC1826LC192 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a versatile and robust unit designed for efficient temperature control in foodservice operations. With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 42"D x 42-3/8"H, this electric cart boasts a low profile and a single door design, enabling it to hold up to 11 full-size 18 X 26 sheet pans with the addition of five rail sets. It accommodates various pan configurations, including 12 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", 8 pans at 12" x 20" x 4", 6 pans at 12" x 20" x 6", or 4 pans at 12" x 20" x 8". The temperature is easily managed via a control dial and monitored using the Celsius solar digital thermometer. Built for ease of use, it features molded-in handles, bumpers, and nylon door latches, complemented by a serving top and menu clip. Mobility is facilitated by two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters. The unit operates at 110v/50/60/1-ph with a power of 1162 watts and 10.7 amps, connected via a 9' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Crafted in a granite green finish, the cart is NSF and ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring compliance with energy efficiency and safety standards.
