The Cambro CMBHC1826LC194 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is an electric appliance designed for versatile food storage with a low-profile configuration, ideal for catering and food service operations that demand reliable temperature control. Measuring 30-1/2"W x 42"D x 42-3/8"H, this cart accommodates a variety of configurations, including up to 11 sheet pans sized 18" x 26" with additional rail sets, offering flexibility with different food pan depths: (12) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", (8) 12" x 20" x 4", (6) 12" x 20" x 6", or (4) 12" x 20" x 8" deep pans. Engineered for precision, it includes a temperature control dial, a Celsius solar digital thermometer, and an on-off power switch for efficient operation. Crafted with molded-in handles, bumpers, and nylon door latches, the cart ensures durability and ease of transport. It features a serving top and menu clip, further enhancing its utility. Mobility is facilitated by (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph, 1162 watts, and 10.7 amps, it uses a NEMA 5-15P plug.
