The Cambro CMBHC1826LF191 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a versatile, electric low-profile unit designed to meet the diverse needs of the food service industry. Measuring 30-1/2"W x 42"D x 42-3/8"H, this cart offers ample storage options, accommodating up to 11 full-size 18 x 26 sheet pans, or a variety of 12" x 20" food pans of different depths, including 2-1/2", 4", 6", and 8". The cart features a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch for precise thermal management, complemented by a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer for accurate temperature readings. Its interior is equipped with adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, enhancing versatility in organizing the pans. The cart is easily maneuverable, thanks to its molded-in handles, bumpers, and a combination of two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters. Constructed with a granite gray finish, it includes a serving top and menu clip for added convenience. Powered by a 110v/50/60/1-ph electric system delivering 1162 watts and 10.7 amps, it comes complete with a 9' cord and plug, adhering to NEMA 5-15P standards.
