The Cambro CMBHC1826LF192 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a versatile electric unit, measuring 30-1/2"W x 42"D x 42-3/8"H, designed for efficient food transportation and storage in various food service environments. This low-profile cart features a single door and is capable of holding an assortment of food container sizes: up to 11 18"x26" sheet pans (with five additional rail sets required), 12 12"x20"x2-1/2" deep food pans, 8 12"x20"x4" deep food pans, 6 12"x20"x6" deep food pans, or 4 12"x20"x8" deep food pans. Equipped with a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, it ensures precise temperature management, aided by a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer. The cart is built with molded-in handles and bumpers for convenient maneuvering, complemented by a serving top and menu clip for service efficiency. Mobility is enhanced with (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters. Operating at 110v, 50/60 Hz, and 1-ph with a power output of 1162 watts and 10.7 amps, it connects via a 9' cord with plug (NEMA 5-15P). Available in a granite green finish, it is NSF certified and ENERGY STAR® rated, making it an efficient choice for professional kitchens.
