This low-profile cart features a single door and is capable of holding an assortment of food container sizes: up to 11 18"x26" sheet pans (with five additional rail sets required), 12 12"x20"x2-1/2" deep food pans, 8 12"x20"x4" deep food pans, 6 12"x20"x6" deep food pans, or 4 12"x20"x8" deep food pans. Equipped with a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, it ensures precise temperature management, aided by a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer. The cart is built with molded-in handles and bumpers for convenient maneuvering, complemented by a serving top and menu clip for service efficiency. Mobility is enhanced with (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters.
