Its tall profile features a double door and accommodates up to (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans, with five additional rail sets required for maximum capacity. The cart can also hold (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, (16) 12" x 20" 4" deep food pans, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. Equipped with a temperature control dial, on-off power switch, and adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, it ensures precise temperature management. The Celsius solar digital thermometer offers easy monitoring, while molded-in handles and bumpers enhance maneuverability. Additional features include a serving top, menu clip, and mobility facilitated by (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters.
