The Cambro CMBHC1826TBC191 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is an electric unit measuring 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, specifically designed for efficient food transport and storage across various segments in the food service industry. Its tall profile features a double door and accommodates up to (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans, with five additional rail sets required for maximum capacity. The cart can also hold (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, (16) 12" x 20" 4" deep food pans, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. Equipped with a temperature control dial, on-off power switch, and adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, it ensures precise temperature management. The Celsius solar digital thermometer offers easy monitoring, while molded-in handles and bumpers enhance maneuverability. Additional features include a serving top, menu clip, and mobility facilitated by (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters. Operating on 110v/50/60/1-ph with a 9' cord and plug, it consumes 1570 watts and 14.3 amps, using a NEMA 5-15P plug for power. The durable granite gray polyethylene exterior is NSF certified, ENERGY STAR 0174 rated, and cETLus listed.
