The Cambro CMBHC1826TBC192 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H Electric is a versatile and robust solution designed for efficient temperature-controlled storage and transportation in the food service industry. The tall profile, double-door cart accommodates a variety of pan sizes, including twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans (requiring five additional rail sets), twenty-four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, sixteen 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and eight 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. It is equipped with a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch for precise temperature management, while the Celsius solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature readings. The adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails add flexibility to the storage configuration. The unit features molded-in handles and bumpers for ease of transport, and a serving top with a menu clip for added functionality. Mobility is ensured by two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters. With a 9' cord and plug, the cart operates at 110v/50/60/1-ph, 1570 watts, and 14.3 amps, using a NEMA 5-15P plug. The polyethylene exterior in granite green adds durability and aesthetic appeal.
