The Cambro CMBHC1826TBC194 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a versatile, electric unit measuring 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, designed with a tall profile and double doors to accommodate extensive storage needs. It holds up to twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans, requiring five additional rail sets for optimal organization. The cart can also store twenty-four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, sixteen 12" x 20" x 4" deep pans, twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans, and eight 12" x 20" x 8" deep pans. Featuring a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, this unit allows precise temperature management, monitored by a Celsius solar digital thermometer. Designed with adjustable chrome plated steel slide rails, molded-in handles and bumpers, and a serving top with a menu clip, it is user-friendly and efficient. Mobility is ensured with two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters. The cart operates on 110v/50/60/1-ph, consuming 1570 watts and 14.3 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Constructed with a durable polyethylene exterior in granite sand, this unit is NSF and ENERGY STAR 0174 certified, as well as cETLus listed, making it a reliable choice for various food service environments.
