It holds up to twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans, requiring five additional rail sets for optimal organization. The cart can also store twenty-four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, sixteen 12" x 20" x 4" deep pans, twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans, and eight 12" x 20" x 8" deep pans. Featuring a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, this unit allows precise temperature management, monitored by a Celsius solar digital thermometer. Designed with adjustable chrome plated steel slide rails, molded-in handles and bumpers, and a serving top with a menu clip, it is user-friendly and efficient.
