The Cambro CMBHC1826TBF191 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a versatile solution for food service establishments, offering both hot and cold storage capabilities. With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, this electric cart features a tall profile and double doors for easy access. It accommodates (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans and various configurations of 12" x 20" food pans, including depths of 2-1/2", 4", 6", and 8". The cart is equipped with a temperature control dial, an on-off power switch, and a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer, ensuring precise temperature management. Adjustable chrome-plated slide rails enhance usability, while molded-in handles and bumpers provide durability and maneuverability. The serving top and menu clip add functionality for service operations. It rests on (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters, making it highly mobile. A 9' cord with plug connects to a 110v/50/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 1570 watts and 14.3 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Its polyethylene exterior in granite gray is NSF and ENERGY STAR® certified, marking it as an efficient choice for professional kitchens.
