The Cambro CMBHC1826TBF192 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a versatile and robust solution for food service operations requiring precise temperature control. With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, this electric cart offers a tall profile and double door access. It accommodates up to twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans, requiring five additional rail sets for maximum utility. The cart is also designed to hold twenty-four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, sixteen 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and eight 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans, providing ample storage capacity. Key features include a temperature control dial, on-off power switch, and adjustable chrome-plated slide rails. A Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer ensures accurate temperature monitoring. The cart is equipped with molded-in handles and bumpers, a serving top, and a menu clip. Mobility is facilitated by two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters. Constructed with a polyethylene exterior in granite green, the cart operates on 110v/50/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1570 watts and 14.3 amps. It features a 9' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is certified by NSF, ENERGY STAR®, and cETLus.
