The Cambro CMBHC1826TBF194 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is an electric unit with dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, providing a versatile solution for food service operations requiring reliable temperature control. This tall-profile, double-door cart accommodates up to twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans, though it requires an additional five rail sets for full utilization. It can also hold up to twenty-four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, sixteen 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and eight 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. Equipped with a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, the cart ensures precise thermal regulation. It features adjustable chrome-plated slide rails for flexible pan positioning and comes with a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring. Designed for mobility, the cart includes two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters. Its polyethylene exterior in granite sand finish is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Operating on 110v/50/60/1-ph with 1570 watts and 14.3 amps power, the cart uses a 9' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is NSF and ENERGY STAR® certified, as well as cETLus listed.
