The Cambro CMBHC1826TSC191 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is an electric, tall-profile cart designed for versatile temperature-controlled food storage and transport. Measuring 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, it is equipped to hold an impressive array of food pans: (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans, as well as a combination of (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, (16) 12" x 20" x 4" deep, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans, requiring five additional rail sets for optimal organization. Its temperature control dial and Celsius solar digital thermometer ensure precise temperature management, critical for maintaining food quality. The cart features a durable polyethylene exterior in granite gray, molded-in handles and bumpers for protection, and a serving top with a menu clip for easy access. Mobility is ensured with (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 6" rear casters. Its 9' cord with NEMA 5-15P plug facilitates convenient power access, operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph, 1570 watts, and 14.3 amps.
