The Cambro CMBHC1826TSC192 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is an electric unit with dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, designed for optimal thermal food storage and transport in various food service segments. This tall-profile cart features a double door configuration and is capable of accommodating (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans, requiring five additional rail sets for full utilization. Its versatile storage capacity extends to (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, (16) 12" x 20" 4" deep food pans, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. The cart is equipped with a temperature control dial, an on-off power switch, and adjustable chrome-plated slide rails for flexibility. It includes a Celsius solar digital thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring. For ease of handling, the cart features molded-in handles and bumpers, complemented by a serving top and menu clip for convenience. Mobility is facilitated by two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 6" rear casters. The unit operates on 110v/50/60/1-ph, 1570 watts, and 14.3 amps, with a 9' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. The granite green, polyethylene exterior is NSF, ENERGY STAR®, and CETLus certified, ensuring energy efficiency and safety compliance.
