The Cambro CMBHC1826TSC194 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a versatile, electric unit designed to cater to the diverse needs of the food service industry with its impressive technical specifications. With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, this tall profile cart features double doors and can accommodate up to (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans, given five additional rail sets. It also supports various combinations of food pans: (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, (16) 12" x 20" 4" deep, (12) 12" x 20" x 6" deep, and (8) 12" x 20" x 8" deep pans. A temperature control dial and Celsius solar digital thermometer provide precise thermal management, while the on-off power switch ensures user-friendly operation. Constructed with a durable polyethylene exterior in granite sand color, it boasts molded-in handles and bumpers for easy maneuverability. The cart is equipped with two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 6" rear casters, facilitating mobility. It includes a 9' cord with plug and operates on 110v/50/60/1-ph, delivering 1570 watts and 14.3 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
