The Cambro CMBHC1826TSF191 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a highly versatile electric unit designed for maintaining optimal food temperatures, suitable for various food service segments. With a tall profile and dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, this cart efficiently accommodates a variety of pan sizes: twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans (requiring five additional rail sets), twenty-four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, sixteen 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, and eight 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. It features a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, ensuring precise management of internal conditions. The adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer, and molded-in handles and bumpers enhance functionality and user convenience. Its durable polyethylene exterior is complemented by a serving top and menu clip, while mobility is facilitated by two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 6" rear casters. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph, with a power output of 1570 watts and 14.3 amps, it comes with a 9' cord and plug, is granite gray in color, and holds certifications including NSF, ENERGY STAR®, and cETLus.
