The Cambro CMBHC1826TSF192 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is a versatile solution designed for efficient food service operations. Measuring 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, this electric cart features a tall profile with double doors, offering ample storage capacity. It can accommodate up to 12 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, with the requirement of five additional rail sets, and up to 24 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, 16 12" x 20" 4" deep food pans, 12 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, or 8 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. The cart is equipped with adjustable chrome plated steel slide rails for flexible configuration, a temperature control dial, and an on-off power switch, making it suitable for precise temperature management. The Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer ensures accurate readings. Its durable polyethylene exterior is complemented by molded-in handles and bumpers for enhanced mobility. The unit includes a serving top and menu clip, and stands on two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 6" rear casters. Powered by a 9' cord with plug, it operates at 110v/50/60/1-ph, 1570 watts, and 14.3 amps, compatible with NEMA 5-15P.
