This tall-profile cart features double doors for easy access, accommodating up to twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans, with additional rail sets available for expanded capacity. It supports an array of pan sizes: 24 pans at 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" depth, 16 pans at 12" x 20" x 4" depth, 12 pans at 12" x 20" x 6" depth, and 8 pans at 12" x 20" x 8" depth. Equipped with a temperature control dial and a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer, it ensures precise temperature management, making it suitable for both hot and cold food storage. The cart is designed with adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, molded-in handles, and bumpers for ease of handling. For mobility, it includes two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 6" rear casters.
