It features solid polypropylene shelf plates, each treated with Camguard® antimicrobial protection, ensuring hygienic storage conditions. The unit can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), making it suitable for both cold and warm environments. Included components ensure ease of assembly and mobility: two pre-assembled post kits, eight universal traverses, and four bags of dovetails (eight left, eight right).
