This shelf kit is engineered to withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), offering robust performance in both cold and hot settings. It includes a combination of vented and solid shelf plates for five shelves, providing flexibility in storage and airflow management. The kit is equipped with Camguard® antimicrobial protection, ensuring product safety and hygiene. It contains ten traverses and five bags of eight dovetails (20 each A & B), facilitating easy assembly and customization.
