The unit is constructed with vented reinforced polypropylene shelf plates that feature Camguard® antimicrobial protection, ensuring both durability and hygienic storage. It is engineered to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), making it suitable for a wide range of applications, from cold storage to heated environments.
