This unit is constructed with vented reinforced polypropylene shelf plates, which are enhanced with Camguard® antimicrobial protection, ensuring a hygienic storage environment. The shelving can endure extreme temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), making it suitable for both cold storage and heated settings.
