The Cambro PCUCC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Cold Food Pan Carrier Electric Front Loading is a versatile solution for food service professionals, designed to accommodate a wide range of storage needs with the ability to hold 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, 32 GN 1/1 food pans with a 2-1/2" depth, 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes of 16" x 16" x 2". Featuring an electric front-loading system, this carrier is equipped with two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors and 4" nylon latches for secure closure. It is built with five pairs of stainless steel Universal rails with compartment spacing options of 3" and 1-1/2". The inclusion of a solar digital thermometer and molded-in handles enhances usability, while a perimeter bumper and heavy-duty casters—two fixed and two swivel with brakes—ensure safe and easy mobility.
