The Cambro PCUCCSP615 Security Package Pro Cart Ultra Cold Food Pan Carrier Electric is a versatile solution designed for secure and efficient transportation of a variety of food items. This front-loading carrier can accommodate up to sixteen 18" x 26" sheet pans or thirty-two 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, making it ideal for catering services and large-scale food operations. Additionally, it holds thirty-two GN 1/1 food pans with a depth of 2-1/2", sixteen 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" trays, and sixteen 16" x 16" x 2" pizza boxes. Equipped with two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors, this unit ensures easy access and secure closure. The carrier's robust design includes 4" nylon latches, a perimeter bumper, and molded-in handles for durability and ease of handling. Featuring five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with 3" to 1-1/2" spacing, it offers flexible storage configurations. The integrated solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature monitoring, enhancing its utility in preserving food quality. Supported by four 6" x 2" heavy-duty tamper-resistant casters, the carrier offers smooth mobility, with two fixed and two swivel casters with brakes.
