The Cambro PCUCH615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Hot/Cold Food Pan Carrier is a versatile, front-loading unit designed to meet the demanding needs of the food service industry. Measuring 28"W x 35-3â„4"D x 66"H, this electric carrier offers a bottom heated compartment and a top cold compartment, making it ideal for maintaining the desired temperatures for a variety of foods. It is capable of holding up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, as well as 32 GN 1/1 food pans with a depth of 2-1/2". Additional capacity includes 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2". The unit features two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors, 4" nylon latches, and a convenient menu pocket. Constructed with five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with 3"-1-1/2" spacing, it ensures optimal organization and accessibility.
