The Cambro PCUHCSP615 Security Package Pro Cart Ultra™ Hot/Cold Food Pan Carrier is an advanced solution designed for efficient food transportation and storage in professional kitchens. This versatile carrier is electrically powered, featuring a top heated and bottom cold compartment, making it ideal for maintaining the desired temperatures of various foods during service. It can accommodate up to sixteen 18" x 26" sheet pans, thirty-two 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, thirty-two GN 1/1 food pans with a 2-1/2" depth, as well as sixteen trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" and sixteen pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2". The unit is equipped with two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors, which are non-removable and reinforced with 4-inch nylon latches for secure operation. Constructed from durable polyethylene in a charcoal gray finish, it features molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper for easy mobility and protection. The carrier also includes five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with 3-inch to 1-1/2-inch spacing for versatile configuration, along with a solar digital thermometer for temperature monitoring. With a 9-foot cord and tamper-resistant casters, including two swivel casters with brakes, this unit ensures stability and convenience in demanding environments.
