This front-loading carrier holds up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, accommodating substantial food storage needs. Additionally, it can accommodate 32 GN 1/1 food pans with a depth of 2-1/2", 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2". The unit is engineered with two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors and 4" nylon latches for secure closure. It features a solar digital thermometer for precise temperature monitoring and molded-in handles for easy maneuverability. Equipped with a perimeter bumper and five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with 3" - 1-1/2" spacing, this cart ensures convenient and flexible storage. The durable polyethylene exterior in charcoal gray houses a 9' cord with plug, 4 heavy-duty casters (2 fixed, 2 swivel with brakes), and operates on 110V/50/60/1-ph, drawing 529 watts at 4.6 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
