The Cambro PCULC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Cold Food Pan Carrier Low-profile Electric is a versatile and robust solution designed for efficient cold food transport in diverse culinary settings. This front-loading carrier accommodates (8) 18" x 26" sheet pans, (16) 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, (16) GN 1/1 food pans, (8) 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" trays, and (8) 16" x 16" pizza boxes, making it ideal for catering services, restaurants, and institutional food operations. It features a gasket-free magnetic quick-close door and 4" nylon latches for secure closure, ensuring consistent cold storage. The unit is equipped with a solar digital thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring. Its five pairs of stainless steel Universal rails offer flexible storage with 3" - 1-1/2" spacing. Built with molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper, the carrier is both durable and easy to maneuver. It includes an interchangeable module with a "cold" module on the back, enhanced by (4) 6" x 2" heavy-duty casters – 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brakes – for smooth transport.
