This efficient carrier holds up to eight 18" x 26" sheet pans, sixteen 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, sixteen GN 1/1 food pans, eight 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" trays, and eight 16" x 16" pizza boxes, making it a versatile choice for catering services and food delivery operations. The unit features a gasket-free magnetic quick-close door, ensuring secure storage without removable parts, complemented by durable 4" nylon latches. Although it does not include a menu pocket, it is equipped with five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with customizable 3"-1-1/2" spacing. The solar digital thermometer offers precise temperature monitoring, while molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper enhance maneuverability and protection. Its interchangeable module is securely fastened with tamper-resistant fasteners, and one "cold" module is integrated at the back.
