This single-compartment carrier holds up to eight 18" x 26" sheet pans, sixteen 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, sixteen GN 1/1 food pans (2-1/2" deep), eight 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" trays, and eight 16" x 16" pizza boxes, making it ideal for catering large events. Uniquely, it maintains food temperatures for up to four hours while unplugged, thanks to its innovative design. The carrier features a gasket-free magnetic quick-close door, complemented by durable 4" nylon latches. It includes a menu pocket for convenient access.
