Engineered to maintain food temperatures—hot or cold—for over four hours, it is an invaluable asset for catering services and large-scale food operations. The gasket-free magnetic quick-close door enhances convenience, while the durable 4" nylon latches secure contents during transport. Its structural integrity is reinforced by five pairs of stainless steel universal rails, spaced 3" to 1-1/2" apart, accommodating a variety of pan sizes. A solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature readings, and molded-in handles facilitate ease of handling.
