The Cambro PCUPC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Ambient-Cold Food Pan Carrier is a specialized, front-loading unit designed to efficiently transport and store a variety of food items under cold conditions, making it highly suitable for catering services and foodservice professionals. This carrier can accommodate up to 16 full-size 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or 32 half-size 13-inch by 18-inch sheet pans, as well as 32 GN 1/1 food pans with a depth of 2.5 inches. Additionally, it holds 16 trays measuring 15.75 inches by 23.5 inches and 16 pizza boxes sized 16 inches by 16 inches by 2 inches, providing versatile storage options. Equipped with two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors and 4-inch nylon latches, it ensures secure transportation. The unit includes a solar digital thermometer and features molded-in handles, a perimeter bumper, and a 9-foot cord with a plug for convenient use.
