It accommodates multiple configurations, including 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, 32 GN 1/1 food pans at 2-1/2" depth, 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes at 16" x 16" x 2". This carrier features two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors, ensuring swift and secure access while minimizing heat loss. The 4" nylon latches contribute to its robust design, while the menu pocket provides a convenient way to display information. Its interior is equipped with five pairs of stainless steel Universal rails, allowing adjustable spacing of 3" or 1-1/2" for flexible storage options. A solar digital thermometer offers precise monitoring of internal temperatures. Built with molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper, it ensures durability and ease of transport, supported by four 6" x 2" heavy-duty casters, with two fixed and two swivel with brakes.
