The Cambro PCUPPSP615 Security Package Pro Cart Ultra™ Ambient Food Pan Carrier is a non-electric, front-loading unit designed to maintain hot or cold temperatures for up to 4 hours, making it an essential tool for food service operations requiring reliable temperature retention. This versatile carrier accommodates up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, 32 GN 1/1 food pans with a depth of 2-1/2", 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2". It features two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors, offering ease of access and security without the need for removable components.
