The Cambro UPC1200158 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is a front-loading unit, meticulously designed with a one-piece double wall polyethylene shell for enhanced durability and thermal efficiency. Featuring high-performance foam insulation, this carrier is capable of holding a variety of full-size pans: up to sixteen 2-1/2" deep pans, twelve 4" deep pans, eight 6" deep pans, or four 8" deep pans, with an approximate total capacity of 90 quarts. Molded-in handles and bumpers provide ease of transport and added protection. A nylon latch secures the door, while an air-tight gasket ensures optimal temperature retention. For additional convenience, a vent cap regulates internal pressure. The carrier is mobile with four 6" casters, including two fixed and two swivel, one of which is equipped with a brake for secure positioning.
