The foam insulation ensures temperature control, capable of holding up to 24 full-size pans with a depth of 2-1/2 inches, 16 pans of 4 inches, 12 pans of 6 inches, or 8 pans of 8 inches deep, with an approximate capacity of 120 quarts. Molded-in handles and bumpers enhance maneuverability, while a nylon latch and air-tight gasket ensure secure closure.
