It accommodates an impressive range of pan sizes: up to 24 full-size pans at 2-1/2" depth, 16 pans at 4" depth, 12 pans at 6" depth, and 8 pans at 8" depth, with an approximate total capacity of 120 quarts. The molded-in handles and bumpers enhance maneuverability and protection, making it easy to transport, while the nylon latch and air-tight gasket ensure secure closure. A vent cap aids in pressure equalization, preventing vacuum seal issues.
