This model provides exceptional insulation with its foam-filled construction, allowing it to hold a variety of full-size pans: up to 24 pans that are 2-1/2 inches deep, 16 pans at 4 inches deep, 12 pans at 6 inches deep, or 8 pans at 8 inches deep, with an approximate total capacity of 120 quarts. Designed for ease of transportation, the cart includes molded-in handles and bumpers, along with a nylon latch and air-tight gasket for secure closure. A vent cap is included to manage internal pressure, enhancing thermal retention.
