The Cambro UPC600110 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is a robust solution designed for the efficient transport and storage of food pans in various culinary environments. This front-loading carrier features a one-piece double wall polyethylene shell, providing exceptional durability and insulation. The unit is equipped with foam insulation that maintains optimal temperature, ensuring food safety and quality. With the capacity to hold eight 2-1/2" deep full size pans, six 4" deep full size pans, four 6" deep full size pans, or two 8" deep full size pans, it offers a versatile storage solution with an approximate capacity of 45 qt. The molded-in handles and bumpers enhance mobility and handling, while the nylon latch and air-tight gasket ensure secure closure. The addition of a vent cap aids in pressure regulation and temperature maintenance. This carrier is mounted on four 5" casters, two of which are fixed and two are swivel, with one featuring a brake for stability.
