The Cambro UPC800157 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is a front-loading, high-capacity unit designed for efficient and reliable food transportation. This carrier features a one-piece double-wall polyethylene shell with foam insulation, ensuring superior temperature retention for meal service operations. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, holding (12) 2-1/2" deep full-size pans, (8) 4" deep full-size pans, (6) 6" deep full-size pans, and (4) 8" deep full-size pans, with an approximate capacity of 60 qt. The Cambro Ultra Camcart® is equipped with molded-in handles and bumpers for enhanced durability and ease of transport. A nylon latch and air-tight gasket contribute to maintaining optimal internal conditions, while the vent cap allows for pressure and steam management. Mobility is facilitated by (4) 6" casters, including (2) fixed and (2) swivel casters, with one featuring a brake for secure positioning. Finished in coffee beige, this unit is NSF certified, making it a dependable choice for catering services, banquet facilities, and other food service operations requiring high standards of hygiene and functionality.
