This unit is insulated with foam, allowing it to efficiently hold up to 12 full-size pans that are 2-1/2 inches deep, 8 pans that are 4 inches deep, 6 pans that are 6 inches deep, or 4 pans that are 8 inches deep, with an approximate capacity of 60 quarts. The carrier is equipped with a security package and is tamper-resistant, ensuring the safe and secure transport of food items. Its design incorporates molded-in handles and bumpers for ease of handling, alongside a nylon latch and air-tight gasket to maintain temperature integrity.
