The carrier accommodates up to 12 food pans that are 2-1/2 inches deep, 8 pans that are 4 inches deep, 6 pans that are 6 inches deep, or 4 pans that are 8 inches deep, providing flexibility in capacity based on pan size. Designed with molded-in handles and a nylon latch, it allows for easy and secure handling. The vent cap and 9-foot power cord are added features that enhance its usability. Operating on 110v/50/60/1-ph with a power output of 230 watts and 2.0 amps, the carrier is fitted with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
